Having recently graduated in commercial sciences with Human Resources as her major, Lisa was looking for a job where she could use all her talents. ‘I wanted to use and develop both my analytical skills as well as my HR knowledge,’ Lisa explains. ‘And a job at Moore Stephens as a social innovation expert was the perfect solution. I analyse the opportunities for subsidies on behalf of my clients and then provide them with strategic HR advice. My goal is to help create innovative labour organisations that deploy their staff according to their skills.’
Lisa thrives on the autonomy that Moore Stephens gives her in her work. She is responsible for her own clients and she comes on board for projects from start to finish.
I always have the backing of a close-knit team, where we can count on each other’s strong points and specialist fields. That is why I get such a sense of fulfilment when we work together to come up with the best available solution.
So why does Lisa love working at Moore Stephens? The answer comes in a flash. ‘I appreciate the forward-looking attitude that prevails here. We have not ground to a halt, but instead are constantly evolving with the market and the clients. Another benefit is that teamwork is the central focus – we pool our knowledge and are always ready to learn from each other. Of course that works best when you are always adding to your skill set, which is why I’m currently immersing myself in the social profit sector. It’s exciting stuff!’
